Hungama brings mobile file-sharing app Huuked

Hungama, a mobile and digital entertainment company, has partnered with Finnish applications developer Huuked Labs to bring a mobile file-sharing software application for Symbian Series 60 and Java enabled handsets, named as Huuked.

HTC Play : exclusive store for games

The recent patent indicates HTC's interest towards making an exclusive store just for games that too not just for different smartphones but for multiple OS's also


Taiwan based handset maker, HTC Corporation may soon come out with an exclusive game store for users. HTC has filed a trademark with the US patent and trademark office on May 24 relating to a service known as the HTC Play. Although no official comment has come from HTC yet but it is expected that HTC Play will be a unique, one of a kind service related to video games or gaming.

HTC in the past has also revealed some information about its services related to a dedicated audio service.

ApnaCircle will also launch its application for Android and Blackberry as well that will widen the platform for professional opportunities of users.

No 3G video calling on iPhone 4

Users in India can make video calls using WiFi, but not over 3G as the application that enables the service has been locked by Apple.


The Apple iPhone 4, which is being regarded as the most unique device, is not capable of making video calls over a 3G mobile network despite being a 4th generation smartphone.

The Apple spokesperson in India said, "FaceTime, the application that allows video calling on the Apple iPhone 4, is a closed user application that allows people having iPhone or compatible Apple hardware like the iPad 2 and forth generation iPod touch running FaceTime application to have video calling."

CNN launches app for Nokia smartphones

The CNN App includes user-generated content upload functionality through iReport, showcases important global news through text, video and photos; and also enables users to watch live breaking news video.


CNN has launched an international news application for Nokia E7 smartphones, available on the Ovi Store
The CNN App for Nokia also will be available for free in the coming weeks for the Nokia N8, Nokia C7 and Nokia C6-01, with wider availability to be announced later.

Twitter mobile web app gets makeover

Users of those devices, which haven't received their official Twitter app yet, can use this application. It will be rolled out gradually to iPod Touch, iPhone and Android users but more devices will soon get the new version of this app.

Mig33 launches official app for Android


Mig33 launches the full version Mig33 v2.0 application for Android smartphones.

Mig33, a popular social networking and cross platform chat client, has announced the launch of its first ever application for Android based devices.

Earlier, the application had a limited functionality beta version on the Android store. Based on the feedback received by the users Mig33 has released the new application, which is now called the mig33 V2.0.

It is a mobile internet based cross platform chat community, available across the globe. The idea behind the launch of mig33 was to reduce the cost of making calls and messaging while keeping in touch with your near and dear ones. Mig33 uses mobile internet to transmit data to other devices running the same application free of cost or at a marginal cost to devices which do not have this application.

The new mig33 v2.0 application has a list of upgrades over its predecessor. Firstly, the whole interface of the application has been tweaked for faster performance along with that the user interface has been simplified as requested by the users of the beta application.
